هناك عدة طرق لعمل وتقديم الآيس كريم بشكل مغري ومميز


خصوصاً اذا كان ضيوفك شخصيات مهمه على قلبك *_^

:::الطريقه الاولى:::


اول شئ تعملين الكاكاو في حمام مائي

ومن ثم يوضع على كيس غير قابل الى التصاق

وتفرش الكاكاو عليه مثل هذا الشكل ..

وهنا تضعي تحت الكيس كاسه حتى ياخذ الكاكاو الشكل

وثم يوضع في الفريزر لمدة 15 دقيقه وهذة جدا مهمه حتى تصبح مثل هذا لشكل

ومن ثم يوضع الايس كريم ويزين حسب الرغبه ويقدم


بالف صحه وعافيه ..

:::الطريقه الثانيه:::



كيكة الايس كريم بالفول السوداني والكاكاو

وهذا النوع لايحتاج الى تعليق

بس باختصار اليكم الشرح

تحتاجين الى قالب سيلكون ثم تذوبين الكاكاو في حمام مائي

ويصب في القالب ويحرك القالب حتى يغطي جوف القالب

ثم يدخل قالب الكاكاو الى الفريز لمدة 5 دقائق وهذة نقطه جدا مهمه

حتى ما يخرب الشكل

بعد الـ 5 دقائق تخرجين القالب من الفريزر

ثم تضعين الايس اكريم حسب رغبتك

ولكن هنا وضع ايس كريم الفانليا

ثم وضع الحشوه عباره عن فول سوداني غير مملح

وكاكاو مبشور وتوفي سائل

تحتاجين الى كاكاو ابيض

وايس كريم الفريز او فراوله

ايس كريم الفانيليا

والحشوة مربى الفراوله

تعمل نفس القالب الاول بالضبط
